Questions We Get Asked
How fast can I get a quote?
Usually within one business day of your enquiry. For a full layout with drawings we book a site visit first, which we can normally arrange the same week.
Do I need a Pre-Start Health and Safety Review?
In Ontario a PSR is generally required for racking, with one common exception: if a new system is installed exactly as shown on the engineered stamped drawing, a PSR is usually not needed. Separately, the OHSA requires signage showing the rated capacity of your racking. We will tell you which one you actually need before you pay for anything.
Can you work while our warehouse is running?
Yes, and most of our work is done that way. We phase deliveries and relocations around your shifts, section by section, so shipping and receiving keep operating throughout.
Do you supply used racking?
When it is the right call. Used stock can cut cost significantly, but only if the beams and frames match your load requirements and the system can be certified. We price both and tell you which one we would choose.
